JARROD
OWNER ⏐ ASST. CIDERMAKER
Born and raised in Ilwaco, Jarrod is a certified physical therapist and athletic trainer. He works as VP of ancillary support services at Columbia Memorial Hospital and volunteers as an athletic trainer for Ilwaco and Naselle High School sports. Jarrod plays the bass, has a wicked-good memory and couldn’t dream of a better partner in crime than Vinessa.
VINESSA
OWNER ⏐ HEAD CIDERMAKER
Originally from Crescent City, CA, Vinessa graduated culinary school in 1998 and came to the Peninsula as a chef. A huge proponent of local business and civic engagement, she’s worked with Ilwaco Parks & Rec, Peninsula Poverty Response, Ilwaco Merchants Association and more. She loves to surf, hike, paint and mastermind uniquely delicious cider.
McKENZIE
ASST. CIDERMAKER ⏐TAP TENDER
Pop-culture lover and former teacher McKenzie was born and raised in Ilwaco. Like her mom, Vinessa, McKenzie is passionate about building community connection and crafting killer cider from local ingredients. When she’s not minding the taps or learning the art of cidermaking, she loves to read, draw and watch sci-fi films.
